1. REQUIRED READING
10 x Pages of required reading about the Children's Act that you need to be aware of as a called-one serving in the kids ministry.
These documents are included in the onboarding site.
2. VETTING PROCESS
Complete the Affidavit below. This will be sent in to get police clearance. No individual with a criminal record are allowed to work within DoxaDeo Kids. You will need to upload your affidavit during the onboarding process.
Have a certified copy of your ID ready to upload in the onboarding process.
3.ON-BOARDING QUESTIONNAIRE
Please complete the Doxa Deo Kids onboarding questionnaire.
This questionnaire will take you about 45 minutes to complete
